It fills you for a few hours but leaves you with very little energy to get on with your day. The ingredients in this smoothie will help you to feel on top of the world and fresh, allowing you to tackle your daily activities with renewed energy.
Place all the ingredients in a blender, hit the start button, blend, and enjoy!
- ½ Mango
- ½ Banana
- ½ Cup Blue Berries
- 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
- Ice Cubes
