REBEL Skincare!

This morning I was in for a lovely treat, at the award-winning Annique Beauty Salon & Day Spa in Clubview, Centurion. After I participated in the Cullinan2Tonteldoos MTB Ultra, a 24-hour Mountain Bike Endurance race from Cullinan to Dullstroom, my skin needed rejuvenation. “Mud, Dust, Sweat and Tears” (C2T 2021), which took place on Friday, 16 April 2021, was a wild adventure on the bike 🚴‍♀️, and hard on the emotions, body and skin 🤭😅! The REBEL (Real Life REBEL) needed some well deserved girly TLC 🌸💋💄💅💃💇‍♀️!

Warmly greeted by Corli, for a quick chitchat, who then handed me over to Emily, my Beauty Therapist Extraordinaire, for an amazing and relaxing facial.

Emily expertly and gently cleansed and refreshed my dull skin with Annique Beauty Products, all the while explaining which product she was using and how it will benefit and rejuvenate my skin.

We had great fun taking photos 📸 and little videos 🎥 during the session 🌸😊🤩!

I am a mountain biker 🚴‍♀️ and runner 🏃‍♀️, and my sport and the environment in which I train requires me to take extra care of my skin. My skin is also very sensitive, and I have to be selective in the skincare products I use. Mostly, I get an allergic reaction to skincare products, which causes a burning sensation in my eyes, so much so, that I have to wash the product off within 5 minutes of applying it.

The Annique Beauty Products which Emily used and applied this morning has not had that effect. My skin, 5-hours later, still feels clean, soft and hydrated 💃👌🥳.
