Weekend Vibes 🎶💃🤩!

Saturday, 22 May 2021 was a test of Bike-and-Body 🚲🔧🤧! Completed a 4×4 + some extra, of two urban loops, to evaluate the “Black Stallion” post-service 🚲🔧. The ride totalled 31.34 km, which is nothing really, but with a Flu Bug in the system 👹🤒🤧, felt like a lot. Day #10 🤧! The ultimate conclusion post-ride was:

⭐️ Bike Perfecto 💯💃🏼👌! Smooth Running ⚙️🤩! Love My Bike 😍! I have the Best Pro-Bike Tech in the world 👨‍🔧🚲🧰🔧!
⭐️ Body Fucked 🤧🥺🙄! Longest 31 Clicks of my life 🥴! Face hot, headache, low energy, foggy 🙃!
⭐️ Eagerly awaiting my shipment 📦🚚 of ADVNCE NextGen Vitamin C+ to boost my immune system.

I decided that I’ll try riding again before the weekend was over 🚴‍♀️! Flower Power FUN 🌸🦁💪😁!

Sunday, 23 May 2021, that would be today 😜! Day #11 🤧! On advice and heed from a person who knows better, I decided not to try riding my bike again today, and opted rather for another Walk 🚶‍♀️! At this rate, I might as well push to reach 100 km walking activity for May. I’ve already clocked 61.8 km, just another 38.2 km to kill 😅. Biking and running stats obviously looks like crap 🤭! Bright side, I completed the STRAVA Cookie 100 Challenge today 🥳! 100 minutes of activity in 10 days, pretty easy!

My walk, this morning, took me to JaJa Tea Garden ☕️🥪🥤🍰🥧, which can be found at the Tuingenoot Garden Centre 🚶‍♀️🌸🍀🌾🌻🌳🌷🌼. The Tea Garden has outside seating, under shady trees, sporting a kiddies play area. Numerous water features make for a relaxed atmosphere. There is also inside seating, very cosy, with a rustic fireplace for those who are chasing heat this time of year ❄️⛄️🧥🧤🧣🔥😁! Crafty handmade items are on display for sale, these to either jazz up your home or as a lovely gift for a special person. I sat outside, to catch some fresh air and enjoy the garden vibe.

JaJa’s menu offers breakfast, light meals, treats and beverages to tease your tastebuds. I enjoyed a Cappuccino and piece of Carrot Cake ☕️🥕🍰😋🤩! Steamy aromatic Cappuccino warmed the body and complimented the delicious Carrot Cake, which was moist, full of flavour, and not overly sweet. All expertly served by Lizzy, my waitron, who was friendly and professional! Fabulous, just the way I like it! 5 Star ⭐️ Brilliance!

Homebound, I tried to think how the Flu Bug got into my system 👹🤒🤧! It dawned on me that, today, 15 days ago, I enjoyed a bike ride and it ended with the last 2 km in drenching rain 🌧☔️💦😅! Got home resembling a little water rat 🐀🙈! Exhilarating and fun at the time, but with a niggling price tag 🤧🙄!

Now, to kill the BUG 👹🤔🤭😃?
